Taking pictures
Take pictures of the delimobile and of the second participant’s car. The photos should show road markings, signs, traffic lights, braking distances and, if possible, the car’s state number

Photos are required for the insurance company to determine the causes of the accident and assess the damage
Take a photo of both cars facing the direction of traffic (the way you were driving)
2. Car positions on the road
And against the direction of traffic (the direction from which you were driving). The car’s state number should be in the photo as well
Take a picture of the point of impact, if it was a single impact. Or the location of the first impact, if there were more than one
3. The place of the main damage on the delimobile
Take pictures of scratches, chips or dents that occurred in the accident. Photos should show clearly what part of the car was damaged

Take pictures of the object and the damage caused by it, if the car was damaged by something else after the collision

Preparing the documents
You will need: a driver’s license, vehicle registration certificate (in the glove box), electronic insurance policy ("Documents" button in the app)
1. Prepare the documents while waiting for the police
Call the police. Officers will help, even if the damage is very small.
The officer will give you a ruling on an administrative offense or a determination of denial.

2. Send the documents via email
The originals must be delivered within 24 hours to our office at: Moscow, Electrozavodskaya street, 27, building 1a.
We accept documents and return the forgotten items from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 (break from 13:00 to 14:00)
The office will be closed from December 30 to January 8. Documents on the accident must be submitted during the first working week: from January 9 to 12.
If the police appoint a review team or offer to pick up the documents later, negotiate the terms with our support.
